Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Houzz is seeking a Recruiter to identify, engage, and hire talent for its US teams, primarily in Sales and G&A. The role partners with hiring managers on sourcing and closing strategies and manages recruiting across multiple teams and positions.

Responsibilities

• Own the full-cycle recruiting responsibility in partnership with hiring managers/leaders
• Source, engage, and recruit passive talent by researching, creating, and executing creative sourcing strategies
• Actively and meticulously manage inbound candidate pipeline with strong attention to detail, communication, and follow-through
• Screen and qualify prospective candidates across multiple positions
• Track leads/candidates and maintain data integrity within our ATS (Lever)
• Build strong relationships with hiring manager teams to create deliverables, timelines and tracking processes with measurable metrics
• Handle candidate offer and close managing candidate expectations throughout the hiring process
• Represent Houzz as a brand ambassador by providing an exceptional candidate experience
• Proactively engage and collaborate with recruiting teammates on projects and new initiatives
• Brainstorm innovative sourcing/recruiting strategies and roll out to others on the team
• Develop a good understanding of the recruiting process and drive/recommend improvements
• Ad hoc responsibilities as needed

Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with high-volume recruiting experience (Sales Recruiting a plus)
• Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions with varying requirements and hiring timelines
• Experience using an ATS to source, track, and manage candidates (Lever preferred but not required)
• Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques, including recruiting on various platforms and crafting Boolean search strings
• Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills
• Proven organizational skills with attention to detail
• Strong work ethic and a sense of personal accountability
• An ability to work in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities
• Sourcing experience & be able to differentiate between the top 50% vs top 5% of talent
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional partners
• Experience recruiting for other parts of a business such as Product & Technology
• Experience using data to drive business decisions
