Treasury Wine Estates is hiring a Regional Sales Manager to lead sales execution and growth for its premium wine portfolio across Texas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, and Arkansas. The role manages distributor and customer relationships, develops a sales team, and drives market execution and business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of sales professionals, fostering a high-performance and accountable culture
• Deliver sales, distribution, depletion, and market share goals throughout the assigned region
• Build strong relationships with distributor leadership, distributor sales teams, and key trade accounts
• Develop and execute market plans that focus resources on the highest-impact opportunities
• Drive distributor performance against goals for distribution, pricing, promotional activity, and execution standards
• Lead market activations, wine dinners, trainings, and customer events that build brand awareness and sales
• Analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitive activity to identify growth opportunities and recommend action plans

Skills

• You are a proven sales leader who thrives in a fast-paced, relationship-driven environment
• You combine strong commercial acumen with a passion for developing people, building distributor partnerships, and delivering measurable business results
• You have experience leading, coaching, and motivating a field sales team
• You have 5+ years of sales leadership experience in wine, beverage alcohol, or consumer packaged goods
• You have a strong understanding of the U.S. three-tier system and distributor management
• You excel at building credibility and influencing distributor partners, customers, and cross-functional stakeholders
• You use data and market insights to identify opportunities and drive business growth
• You are a confident communicator, presenter, and negotiator
