The Associate Private Wealth Advisor (Relationship Manager) serves as the primary contact for an established client base, providing personalized service and holistic financial planning. The role also focuses on developing client relationships, attracting new clients, and generating referrals in a primarily virtual practice.

Responsibilities

• Expand the client base through referrals and next-generation relationship development
• Deliver holistic financial planning solutions, including investments, insurance, and advanced planning strategies
• Lead discovery meetings, plan presentations, and periodic review sessions to ensure alignment with client goals
• Prepare and present financial plans and recommendations
• Maintain and strengthen long-term client relationships through exceptional service
• Update client plans and recommend appropriate financial products and strategies
• Ensure a consistently high-quality client experience across all interactions
• Identify, attract, and onboard new clients focusing on 2nd generation planning
• Generate referrals from existing client relationships
• Adapt quickly in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Collaborate effectively within a team while maintaining the ability to work independently
• Uphold strict confidentiality and professional integrity

Skills
