The fully remote, commission-based role involves connecting with prospective clients, discussing their needs, explaining coverage, and providing follow-up support.

Responsibilities

• Connect with prospective clients from company-provided warm leads
• Schedule and conduct virtual appointments
• Complete needs-based conversations to understand client priorities
• Explain life, supplemental health, and accident insurance options
• Help clients understand coverage, benefits, and next steps
• Provide timely follow-up and professional support
• Maintain organized and accurate client records
• Participate in ongoing coaching, training, and team meetings

Skills

• Excellent verbal, written, and listening skills
• Strong client-service and relationship-building abilities
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Comfortable using online systems and virtual meeting tools
• Self-motivated with strong follow-through
• Able to work independently and contribute to a team environment
• Be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States
• Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities
