Responsibilities
- You'll record realistic customer service phone calls used to train AI systems
- You play the support rep: greet the caller, solve their problem, stay calm and helpful
- You play the customer calling in about an order, a charge or an account
Skills
- Native U.S. accent required
- Fluent English, a slight accent is fine
- Must live in the U.S. or Canada
- Customer service or call center experience preferred
- Acting or conversational experience is a plus
- Clear speaking voice
