The Inside Sales Specialist will manage inbound and outbound sales for small business accounts, conduct client discovery, recommend insurance solutions, and use CRM and digital tools to manage opportunities. The role also involves quoting and supporting policies, collaborating across teams, and meeting sales goals while maintaining compliance and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound sales activity focused on small business accounts, leveraging qualified leads provided by Gallagher
• Conduct discovery conversations to understand client needs and identify appropriate insurance solutions
• Use CRM systems, digital sales tools and AI‑supported platforms to manage leads and track opportunities
• Quote, bind and support policies in alignment with Gallagher processes and service standards
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth sales and onboarding experience
• Support volume‑based sales goals while maintaining accuracy, compliance and client satisfaction

Skills

• * High school diploma or equivalent
• * Minimum of 1 year of relevant commercial insurance experience
• * P&C Insurance licensing required
