Turing is seeking a Public Administrative Services Manager to contribute administrative and organizational expertise to projects evaluating and enhancing AI systems. The role involves creating administrative scenarios, explaining public-sector processes, assessing AI responses, and collaborating with researchers on public administration principles and practices.

Responsibilities

• In this role, you will contribute to projects that help evaluate and enhance AI systems using your administrative and organizational expertise
• Design and solve real-world administrative and operational scenarios to test AI reasoning
• Write clear, structured explanations covering budget planning, procurement, facilities management, and compliance tracking
• Evaluate AI responses for accuracy, clarity, and adherence to government procedures
• Collaborate with researchers to refine AI understanding of public administration principles, documentation standards, and interdepartmental coordination

Skills

• 4+ years of experience as an Administrative Services Manager, Office Manager, or Operations Coordinator
• Strong understanding of budgeting, procurement, and administrative reporting
• Comfortable using web-based tools for data review and annotation
• Excellent English communication and analytical reasoning skills
• Preferably in a government or public administration environment
• Background in Public Administration, Business Management, or Operations preferred
