The role involves solving software engineering and algorithmic problems, writing coding solutions, evaluating AI responses, and collaborating with researchers to improve AI code generation and reasoning.

Responsibilities

• In this role, you will contribute to projects that help evaluate and enhance AI systems using your software engineering expertise and analytical problem-solving skills
• No prior AI experience is required
• These projects will help you explore how AI can be leveraged to improve software reasoning, coding accuracy, and development efficiency
• Design and solve real-world software engineering and algorithmic problems to test AI reasoning
• Write clear, step-by-step coding solutions across data structures, APIs, debugging, and optimization techniques
• Evaluate AI responses for accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to software design principles
• Collaborate with researchers to refine AI understanding of code generation, problem-solving, and real-world development workflows

Skills

• 4+ years of experience as a Software Developer, Engineer, or Programmer
• Background in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Proficiency in one or more languages: Python, Java, JavaScript, C++, or Go
• Excellent English communication and ability to document and explain code logic clearly
• Familiarity with Git, REST APIs, and agile development methodologies preferred
