The Research & Insight Consultant will manage qualitative research projects, client relationships, project finances, fieldwork, deliverables, and recommendations while supporting junior team members.

Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships and deliver qualitative research projects, ensuring timelines, quality standards, and objectives are met
• Support project financial management through accurate budgeting, resource planning, and monitoring project performance
• Ensure high-quality deliverables, provide clear insights and recommendations, and support the development of junior team members

Skills

• Managing qualitative research projects end-to-end, conducting fieldwork in-person and online, delivering clear, actionable insights
• Presenting findings and recommendations to clients using Excel, PowerPoint, and quantitative analysis tools effectively
• Previous experience in co-ordinating multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining high-quality standards while supporting junior team members
