They are seeking a Revenue Systems & Operations Manager to own the systems that power their go-to-market motion and streamline operations, focusing on automation and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Administer reputed company as our system of record, including objects, fields, flows, validation, permissions, and data architecture
• Own the connected GTM tech reputed company and the integrations between systems, treating sync integrity and data hygiene as monitored workflows rather than periodic cleanup
• Own commission calculation and reporting, partnering closely with Finance on accuracy and exception handling
• Run deal desk operations and audits, including approval workflow integrity and pricing and discount compliance
• Own the monthly and quarterly revenue operations close, including data validation and reporting handoffs
• Maintain territory and quota books through rebalancing, coverage changes, and mid-year adjustments
• Identify the highest-cost recurring manual processes and systematically automate them, including automated reconciliation and exception flagging
• Evaluate, pilot, and roll out AI and automation tooling across the GTM reputed company, and document what you build so the team is never dependent on one person’s knowledge
• Partner with Marketing on the systems and data seams between marketing operations and the revenue reputed company

• 5+ years in revenue operations
