The RMMR Program Manager will lead the RMMR Program, overseeing staff, operations, financial performance, customer satisfaction, and strategic initiatives to achieve organizational growth and profitability.

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or 10 years progressive management experience in a related field
• Minimum [10] years of experience in a managerial role, ideally within the industrial construction sectors and Department of Defense POL Fuels Facilities
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and analyzing financial reports
• Proven track record of successfully leading teams and driving operational performance
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products, project controls, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
