Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Hinge Health is hiring an experienced sales professional to sell its solutions to health systems in a defined Western US territory. The role manages the commercial sales process from lead development through closing deals and customer relationship management, while contributing customer feedback to product development.

Responsibilities

• Work individually, and with Partnerships & Marketing to develop and maintain a healthy pipeline of health systems clients in your region
• Independently take deals from initial conversation to close
• Collaborate with legal on contract negotiation & signature
• Contribute to product roadmap by feeding back the customer's voice

Skills

• Bachelor's degree and 6-10 years work experience
• Background in enterprise sales, with a history of closing large, complex deals with a long sales-cycle
• Solid understanding of US health systems
• History of consistently attaining / exceeding quota
• Excellent project management, organization, and communication skills
• Comfortable working with the ambiguity of a fast-paced startup - ability to innovate, and solve problems creatively
• Desire to learn, grow, develop, and eventually mentor future team members
• You must reside in this territory to be considered
• Experience in employee benefits sales, working with employee benefits consulting firms, or related technologies
• Experience selling clinically oriented solutions to healthcare providers
• Experience with digital health solutions for the employer or provider markets
• Experience in a startup environment selling new-to-market products or growing new market segments
