Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Lucy AI is hiring a Sales and Marketing Specialist to drive adoption and growth of its AI voice and chat solutions. The role focuses on prospecting, sales pipeline management, marketing initiatives, client training, and performance reporting.

Responsibilities

• Identify and nurture prospects
• Conduct product demos
• Manage the full sales pipeline from initial outreach through closing
• Develop and execute basic marketing initiatives (campaigns, email sequences, LinkedIn content, and simple sales materials)
• Collaborate with the team to understand client needs and turn them into clear value-driven messaging
• Train new clients on best practices for using Lucy AI
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM and report on sales and marketing performance

Skills

• Proven experience in sales
• Comfortable working on pure commission with no base salary
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with prospecting, pipeline management, negotiation, and relationship building
• Familiarity with CRM tools and basic digital marketing / outreach
• Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment with clear accountability for results
• Analytical skills to track performance and adjust activities
• Relevant education or equivalent professional experience in Sales, Marketing, or Business
• Full-cycle experience
• Previous experience in SaaS, AI, or customer support technology
