The Sales Development Representative will conduct outbound prospecting and inbound follow-up, lead early discovery conversations, maintain CRM pipeline data, and support enterprise cybersecurity sales growth.

Responsibilities

• Running outbound campaigns through cold calls, email, social selling, and event follow-up to book meetings with security and engineering decision-makers
• Leading early discovery conversations to understand prospect needs and hand off qualified opportunities
• Partnering with marketing on campaign development and keeping CRM pipeline data clean and current
• Working closely with sales leadership to prioritize target accounts
• Owning your pipeline independently while contributing to a collaborative, team-based selling model

Skills

• 1-3 years of outbound sales experience, with comfort on the phone and prospecting on LinkedIn
• Exposure to cybersecurity or a strong interest in the space, with the ability to speak credibly to technical and security-minded buyers
• Familiarity with prospecting tools like ZoomInfo, Apollo, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator
• Comfort with the pace and ambiguity of an early-stage company
