Comtech Telecommunications Corp. is a global technology company providing communications, emergency services, satellite, space, wireless, and cloud-native solutions. The Sales Director will sell digital modem and RF products across North America, develop and execute account plans, expand existing accounts, pursue new business, and report sales performance to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Sell digital modems and a range of RF solutions, including amplifiers, converters, and LNAs, to customers across North America
• Develop and execute account plans to drive growth and meet sales targets
• Engage directly with customers to understand their needs, provide product recommendations, quote, and close sales
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities while nurturing and growing relationships with existing accounts
• Set sales strategies aligned with company objectives and market trends
• Report on sales activities, progress, and forecasts in Salesforce and leadership on a regular basis
• Strong collaboration with peers in Operations, Finance, and Marketing to coordinate and represent customer needs
• Support travel and online meetings as required to meet objectives

Skills

• * Proven track record in B2B sales, ideally within digital technology and RF solutions
• * Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• * Ability to develop account plans and implement effective sales strategies
• * Self-driven, organized, and capable of working independently
• * 10+ years technical sales or business development experience
• * Bachelor's degree preferred; relevant experience in sales or technology products is a plus
