The AES Group is seeking a Sales Director-IT Consulting to strengthen client relationships, grow the sales pipeline, and drive revenue growth. The role focuses on developing sales plans, building relationships with decision makers, and closing deals for the company’s technology consulting services.

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify sales opportunities through market research, networking, and other channels
• Build strong relationships with key decision makers and influencers within target clients with a relentless focus on client value creation
• Develop and execute sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets and analyze trends to continuously improve plans
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients
• Lead negotiations with clients and other stakeholders when closing deals, ensuring a win-win situation for all concerned parties

Skills

• Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Minimum of 8 years of proven track record of sales leadership in the technology services industry
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Results-driven with a focus on building new client relationships and exceeding sales targets
