Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Reloadly is hiring a Sales Executive to find, win, and grow relationships with companies using prepaid cards and gift cards for rewards, incentives, and disbursements. The role owns the full sales cycle and works with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to deliver customer solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own a book of business in the Commercial segment, managing opportunities from discovery through close
• Turn inbound interest into new customers through thoughtful discovery and clear value messaging
• Build outbound pipeline by identifying and engaging companies that can benefit from Reloadly's prepaid and gift card solutions
• Run product demos, prepare proposals, and negotiate contracts
• Manage a healthy pipeline across multiple industries and use cases
• Keep sales cycles efficient while delivering a strong customer experience
• Maintain accurate forecasts and clean CRM records
• Partner with SDRs, Marketing, and Customer Success to drive acquisition and account expansion
• Share market feedback and deal insights with Product and Sales leadership to sharpen our go-to-market approach
• Represent Reloadly at industry events and virtual conferences

Skills

• 5+ years of B2B sales experience
• 5+ years as a quota-carrying Account Executive
• 5+ years experience with prepaid cards, giftcards and or API based payout solutions
• A track record of consistently meeting or exceeding targets
• Strong discovery and qualification skills
• The ability to juggle multiple opportunities without losing focus
• Clear, concise written communication
• A high-ownership mindset: you take responsibility for outcomes, not just activity
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in pipeline management and forecasting
• Experience in payments, fintech, rewards, or API-based products is a plus
