Rockwell Automation is hiring a consultative Sales Executive to help clients achieve value through digital transformation, with a focus on machine builders (OEMs). The role leads complex sales pursuits spanning cybersecurity, digital/AI solutions, and Manufacturing Operations Management software, and builds customer relationships and cross-functional partnerships to deliver long-term outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Guide strategic, digital transformation pursuits across your assigned accounts or region
• Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to close, across Cyber, Digital and MOM solution areas
• Build and deepen relationships with business and technical leaders across IT, OT, and C-suite
• Partner with technical domain experts, delivery leaders, and account teams to shape value-driven solutions
• Identify new opportunities by understanding customer pain points, trends, and priorities
• Focus on long-term value creation, not transactional sales — your success is measured by client success

Skills

• Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Years of Relevant Work Experience
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening
• 5+ years of experience in enterprise or complex B2B sales
• 5+ years of experience in complex enterprise or consultative sales (solutions, services, or software)
• Experience selling to large original equipment manufacturers (OEMs)
• Experience selling digital solutions like AI/ML, cybersecurity, industrial SaaS, IIoT, or OT optimization
• Experience with product development, manufacturing, industrial automation, or digital transformation consulting
• Familiarity with MES, PLM, cybersecurity, industrial AI/ML, or cloud platforms
• Degree in engineering, computer science, data science, cybersecurity, supply chain, business or other technical degrees or similar
