The Sales & Lead Generation Representative connects with independent barbers and barbershop owners, generates qualified leads, schedules demos, and helps convert prospects into customers.

Responsibilities

• Find and connect with independent barbers and barbershop decision-makers
• Generate qualified leads through phone calls, email, LinkedIn, and relationship-building
• Explain our booking and payment solutions clearly and accurately
• Schedule product demos and follow up with interested prospects
• Help move opportunities from initial interest to signup
• Maintain accurate contact records, follow-ups, and sales activity in our CRM
• Work toward agreed lead-generation and sales goals

Skills

• Experience in sales, prospecting, lead generation, or appointment setting
• Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with small-business owners
• Consistent follow-through and an organized approach to outreach
• Comfortable working independently in a remote role
• Based in the United States
• Experience with software, payment processing, or the barber and beauty industry
