Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Ceragon Networks is hiring a Sales Manager to expand its presence in the Oil & Gas market. The role develops new business, grows existing accounts, builds strategic partnerships, and drives revenue growth for connectivity solutions.

Responsibilities

• Identify and secure new business opportunities within the Oil & Gas sector
• Develop and maintain strong customer and channel partner relationships
• Execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase market share
• Manage the sales pipeline, negotiate contracts, and close deals
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customer-focused solutions
• Monitor industry trends, competitive activity, and customer needs
• Maintain accurate CRM records and sales forecasts

Skills

• Proven B2B sales experience
• Strong business development and account management skills
• Established industry relationships and a successful sales track record
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
• Bachelor's Degree
• 5+ years of sales in the Oil/Gas Sector
• Excellent communication skills required (oral, written & presentation)
• Excellent negotiation skills
• Track record of ability to close complex sales
• Deep understanding of the utility and energy markets
• Excellent connections and contacts in one or more of our target markets
• Recognized as highly credible in a competitive sales environment
• Ability to work effectively at all levels and thrive under pressure
• Successful sales leadership experience with high value/price system sales to senior management
• Ability to develop and maintain relationships with C-Level executives
• Preferably in Oil & Gas, telecommunications, or wireless technology
• Technical background and experience in the communications industry, with knowledge of telecom, and data networks through knowledge in RF, Microwave and wireless products is desired
