What You'll Do

Connect with individuals and families to discuss life insurance and financial protection needs. Help clients explore coverage options based on their goals and circumstances. Build relationships and provide a positive client experience. Participate in training, mentorship, and ongoing professional development. Develop your sales skills and grow your business with support from experienced leaders.

What We're Looking For

Strong communication and relationship-building skills. A positive attitude and willingness to learn. Self-motivation, reliability, and a desire to grow. Comfort working independently in a remote environment. U.S. residency and eligibility to obtain and maintain the required state insurance license. Previous insurance or sales experience is helpful but not required. Training and mentorship are available for those new to the industry.
