First-year earnings are estimated at $67,000 - $70,000, based on individual sales performance. What you'll do

• Contact company-provided leads to schedule virtual benefit consultations.
• Meet with prospective clients through Zoom.
• Explain available benefit programs clearly and help clients make informed enrollment decisions.
• Serve union members, veterans, working families, and members of established partner organizations.
• Work with your regional manager to establish clear activity and performance goals.

• Communicate clearly in writing, over the phone, and through video meetings
• Enjoy helping people understand important financial and benefit decisions
• Can manage your own schedule and stay focused without constant supervision
• Have basic computer skills and are comfortable using Zoom
• Have sales, customer-service, hospitality, recruiting, or other people-facing experience

Licensing and eligibility You must hold or be willing to obtain the life-insurance license required in your province or state. If you are not currently licensed, we will help you understand the licensing process and identify an appropriate solution.
