Centraprise seeks an experienced Salesforce CRM Analytics (CRMA) Developer to design, develop, and implement scalable analytics solutions. The role focuses on Salesforce and Tableau dashboards, dataflows, reporting, and data integration that turn business data into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce CRM Analytics (CRMA/Tableau CRM) dashboards, lenses, datasets, and reports
• Build, configure, and optimize dataflows, recipes, and data synchronization processes to support business analytics requirements
• Develop and optimize SAQL and SOQL queries for advanced reporting, custom calculations, data exploration, and drill-down analysis
• Create interactive dashboards using bindings, dynamic filters, parameters, and custom JSON configurations
• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable, user-friendly analytics solutions
• Integrate Salesforce data with external enterprise data sources to deliver unified reporting and analytics capabilities
• Develop KPI dashboards, executive reports, and performance-monitoring solutions for business stakeholders and leadership teams
• Implement effective data modeling, transformation, validation, and data quality controls to ensure reporting accuracy
• Troubleshoot analytics issues, optimize dashboard performance, and provide ongoing production support
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the development lifecycle, including sprint planning, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance
• Prepare technical documentation, user guides, and knowledge transfer materials
• Utilize AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor AI, GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot, Claude Code, or similar tools to improve development efficiency, troubleshooting, and solution quality

Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM Analytics (CRMA), formerly known as Tableau CRM or Einstein Analytics
• Proven experience developing and maintaining CRM Analytics dashboards, datasets, lenses, dataflows, and recipes
• Proficiency in SAQL and SOQL for advanced analytics and reporting
• Experience with Salesforce Data Sync, data modeling, data transformation, and data integration
• Hands-on experience with dashboard bindings, dynamic filters, parameters, and JSON-based dashboard configurations
• Experience integrating Salesforce with external data sources and enterprise reporting platforms
• Strong understanding of KPIs, business reporting, data quality, and analytics best practices
• Experience with Tableau and data visualization techniques
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and the complete software development lifecycle
• Hands-on experience using AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor AI, GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot, Claude Code, or equivalent coding assistants
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
• Salesforce CRM Analytics or related Salesforce certifications
• Experience supporting analytics solutions across Sales, Service, and Operations
• Knowledge of dashboard performance optimization and large-scale dataset management
• Experience working with version control, deployment processes, and release management
• Ability to work independently in a remote, collaborative development environment
