Centraprise is seeking a Salesforce CRM Analytics (CRMA) Developer with Tableau to build and maintain analytics dashboards, data pipelines, and reporting solutions. The role also involves integrating Salesforce and external data, supporting stakeholders, and optimizing analytics platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain CRM Analytics (CRMA/Tableau CRM) dashboards, lenses, datasets, and reports
• Build and optimize Dataflows, Recipes, and Data Sync processes to support analytics and reporting requirements
• Develop SAQL and SOQL queries for advanced reporting, custom calculations, dashboard filters, and drill-down analysis
• Design and implement interactive dashboards with bindings, dynamic filters, parameters, and custom JSON configurations
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable analytics solutions
• Integrate Salesforce and external enterprise data sources to create unified reporting and analytics platforms
• Develop KPI dashboards and executive reporting solutions for business and leadership teams
• Implement data modeling, data transformation, and data quality controls to ensure accurate reporting
• Troubleshoot analytics issues, optimize dashboard performance, and provide production support
• Participate in Agile development activities including sprint planning, development, testing, deployment, and support
• Create technical documentation , user guides , and knowledge transfer materials

Skills

• Hands-on experience using AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor AI , GitHub Copilot , Microsoft Copilot , Claude Code , or similar AI coding assistants to improve development productivity and solution quality
