The role focuses on developing and optimizing Salesforce solutions for B2B sales and customer operations, including Salesforce integrations, Data Cloud pipelines, automation, and AI capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Build and enhance Salesforce functionalities designed for B2B teams to improve sales and customer engagement processes
• Develop Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC) solutions to deliver scalable, reliable Salesforce features
• Design, implement, and configure APIs with internal and third-party platforms for seamless integrations
• Ground Agentforce solutions through Data Cloud pipelines and Prompt Builder to support autonomous actions
• Collaborate with architects, Product Owners, TPMs, and business stakeholders to deliver consistent and high-quality solutions

Skills

• 5+ years of software development experience
• 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce development
• Extensive experience with Salesforce Data Cloud
• Strong proficiency in Salesforce Apex development
• Experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL/SOSL, and API integrations like REST, SOAP, and Bulk APIs
