Skills

• Advanced hands-on expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC)
• Strong experience in SFMC architecture design and end-to-end solution designing
• Expertise in Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, Data Extensions, and SFMC integrations
• Ability to design scalable, secure, and optimized marketing automation solutions
• Strong understanding of data architecture, API integrations, and SFMC best practices
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into technical architecture
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and client-facing skills
• Ability to collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver effective solutions
