Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Enroll365 is seeking a Seasonal Operations Intern to provide administrative and operational support during its busiest season. The intern will assist with survey administration, project support, data management, research, and other operational tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist with survey projects, including data collection, tracking, follow-up activities, and completion monitoring
• Help manage and complete large volumes of administrative and operational work
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate records in company systems
• Review information for accuracy, completeness, and consistency
• Update spreadsheets, trackers, reports, and internal databases
• Conduct basic research and information gathering for various projects
• Assist teams with project-oriented tasks and follow-up activities
• Provide support wherever additional resources are needed during peak workload periods
• Complete special projects and miscellaneous duties as assigned
