Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. WeatherFlow-Tempest, Inc. is hiring a Senior Account Executive to generate and close new sales and partnership opportunities. The role leads the connected home vertical, expands partnerships and integrations, and builds industry relationships to develop productive business opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify new sales leads
• Develop and deliver effective sales presentations
• Negotiate and close sales
• Build and maintain relationships with key customers
• Document sales progress and report results
• Contribute to sales collateral and go-to-market strategy
• Represent the company at expos, conferences, and industry events

Skills

• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to negotiate, close deals, and achieve sales targets
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Quick to learn new products, technologies, and markets
• Strategic mindset with the ability to improve sales processes
• Experience with HubSpot or other CRM platforms
• Familiarity with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms
• Familiarity with Claude or other AI productivity tools
• 5+ years of experience in a sales / business development role
• An interest in the smart home and the weather!
• Knowledge of the weather industry
• Knowledge of smart home technologies and/or ecosystem
• Familiarity with weather measurement
