Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Aadi Bioscience is seeking a Senior Accountant to support its accounting function, including month-end close, technical accounting, and reporting. The role focuses on accurate financial reporting, U.S. GAAP compliance, clinical trial and revenue accounting, and preparation for IFRS changes.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for Revenue accounting including gross to net analysis
• Clinical trial accounting and accrual analysis
• Intercompany transactions and related reporting and accounting
• Prepare journal entries through analysis, review of activities and supporting documentation
• Ensure proper coding and classification of expenses
• Review and approve expense reports, administer T&E program
• Participate in the accurate and timely preparation of the monthly and annual closing process
• Prepare balance sheet reconciliations, detailed analysis and other Flux analysis for quarterly review and annual audit
• Research accounting proclamations with IFRS changes
• Support financial statement audits and reports
• Assist with technical accounting research and documentation of new policies and procedures
• Assist with internal control systems for accurate financial reporting and mitigate risks
• Special projects and other ad-hoc assignments

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
• Experience with Business Central (ERP) environment, ReqLogic and other supporting systems or similar
• Organized, proactive, willing to learn and can-do characteristics with excellent analytical skills
• Excellent Excel skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly document and explain accounting matters
• CPA license a plus
• 3-5 years of experience in pharma/biotech industry preferred
• Experience with leading edge AI tool preferred
