E-Solutions is seeking a Senior Anaplan Techno-Functional Consultant to validate Anaplan models, integrations, and enterprise planning solutions. The role leads QA and testing activities and validates data flows across Anaplan and connected enterprise platforms.

Responsibilities

• Review business requirements and user stories to create comprehensive test scenarios and test cases
• Validate Anaplan modules, lists, hierarchies, formulas, actions, and processes
• Test model-to-model, model-to-Data Hub, and model-to-target-system integrations using Anaplan Connect, APIs, Airflow, and other integration tools
• Perform regression, UAT, integration, and performance testing across planning cycles and connected planning workflows
• Lead end-to-end QA strategy and test execution for user stories
• Maintain test plans, test cases, traceability matrices, test execution reports, and defect logs
• Collaborate with product owners, planners, data engineers, and developers to ensure high-quality releases
• Drive quality reviews, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Test REST APIs, microservices, and integration layers connected to Anaplan and downstream systems
• Conduct schema checks, data integrity validation, data reconciliation, and lineage verification
• Validate data ingestion, transformation, and processing across ETL/ELT pipelines
• Verify data accuracy and consistency across Anaplan models and connected enterprise platforms
• Validate scheduled jobs, imports, exports, and end-to-end data flows

Skills

• The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Anaplan models, modules, lists, hierarchies, formulas, actions, processes, and integrations
• The candidate should also have a strong understanding of enterprise business planning, data flows, integration touchpoints, and end-to-end validation across planning models and enterprise data platforms
• Strong understanding of enterprise planning processes, including FP&A, Supply Chain Planning, Workforce Planning, Sales Planning, or related domains
• Ability to translate business requirements and business rules into test scenarios and validate model behavior
• Understanding of planning models, calculations, workflows, and business processes
• Strong hands-on experience with Anaplan Model Building (L3 or above)
• Expertise in Anaplan model structures, modules, lists, hierarchies, formulas, actions/processes, imports/exports, ALM, and UX testing
• Experience in functional testing, technical testing, regression testing, integration testing, UAT, and end-to-end validation
• Knowledge of APIs, data integrations, scheduled jobs, and data ingestion testing
• Experience with test documentation, defect management, and root-cause analysis
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce, Engineering, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field
• Jira, AWS, ALM, GitHub, SharePoint, and Microsoft Teams
• Snowflake, Azure Data Factory, Databricks, or other enterprise data platforms
• Python, PyTest, Postman, and Selenium
• Knowledge of data quality frameworks
• Exposure to Power BI, Tableau, or other analytics platforms
• Relevant Anaplan, cloud, or data platform certifications
