NTT Global Data Centers Americas, Inc. is hiring a Senior Associate Specialist, Accounting to support core accounting operations and maintain accurate financial records. The role assists with journal entries, reconciliations, financial close activities, reporting, and audit support while ensuring compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Prepare routine journal entries and accounting adjustments under established guidelines
• Assist in maintaining accurate general ledger records
• Support investigation of discrepancies in ledger accounts and transactional data
• Follow internal controls and standard accounting procedures to ensure data integrity
• Prepare balance sheet reconciliations for assigned accounts, including accruals and prepayments
• Support month-end and year-end close activities by preparing schedules and documentation
• Assist in identifying variances and discrepancies and escalate findings for review
• Maintain organized close documentation and workpapers
• Assist in preparing routine operational and statutory financial reports
• Support preparation of accounting schedules and reports for management and auditors
• Ensure assigned reporting deliverables are accurate and completed on time
• Support process improvement initiatives aimed at improving efficiency and accuracy
• Assist in maintaining and updating accounting templates and documentation
• Collaborate with accounting team members and cross-functional finance teams to resolve routine issues
• Perform other accounting-related tasks as assigned

Skills

• Foundational understanding of accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS) and general ledger processes

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in finance / accounting or related field preferred
• Experience in a multi-entity or shared services environment preferred
