Robert Half is recruiting for an unnamed client seeking a Senior Data Analyst to improve credit performance, manage risk, and support strategic decision-making. The role analyzes large datasets, develops predictive models, monitors risk, and presents findings to business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Extract, cleanse, and analyze large datasets using SQL
• Create and modify complex custom predictive models
• Perform ad hoc analyses related to credit risk, fraud, and portfolio performance
• Create reports, dashboards, and performance monitoring tools
• Identify trends, opportunities, and emerging risks
• Support predictive model monitoring and risk initiatives
• Present analytical findings to business stakeholders

Skills

• 6+ years of data analytics, business analytics, or risk analytics experience
• Experience with predictive analytics or statistical modeling
• Advanced SQL skills
• Prior FinTech, payments, lending, banking, or credit risk experience required
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

• Experience with Snowflake, Python, SAS, Tableau, ThoughtSpot, or similar tools preferred
