ESFM, the corporate facilities management division of Compass Group USA, provides facilities management and related workplace services to clients across multiple industries. The Senior Data Intelligence Analyst will serve as a subject matter expert on data sources, develop Power BI reporting and analytical tools, support data governance and discovery, and ensure data integrity while collaborating with stakeholders and client teams.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to understand data requirements and translate them into technical specifications
• Maintain and develop new Power BI dashboards and reports per direction of the client and account team
• Deliver analytical tools that facilitate driving data-driven decision making and Insights
• Drive data governance, process, and master data maintenance within the CMMS platform (ServiceNow / Nuvolo) for the client
• Conduct comprehensive data discovery to understand the structure, content, and relationships within our data sources
• Employ SQL techniques for data querying, analysis, and validation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate dashboards and reporting tools, ensuring alignment with business requirements and data integrity standards
• Nurture client and stakeholder relationships, providing thought leadership and proactive solutions
• Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in business intelligence and analytics

Skills

• 2-3 years of experience in business intelligence or business analytics, preferably in a client-facing role
• Advanced Power BI skills Including power query, DAX, data modeling, and advanced visualization
• Proven experience in data discovery and SQL
• Adept at transforming and manipulating data to deliver efficient data models and actionable insights
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to a non-technical audience
• Knowledge of data visualization best practices and trends
• Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience with facility services and/or hospitality data a plus
