Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Capital One Ad Solutions is seeking a Senior Director to lead its Partnerships sales organization. The role is responsible for scaling a team of Account Managers, managing enterprise merchant relationships, driving revenue, designing data-driven advertising campaigns, and collaborating cross-functionally to develop ad products and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and empower an elite team of Account Managers to exceed aggressive revenue targets and optimize campaign performance
• Direct-manage a flagship portfolio of enterprise accounts, acting as their primary senior partner to unlock high-dollar ad spend and build long-term business value
• Target, engage, and negotiate with executive decision-makers to position Capital One Ad Solutions as an indispensable growth driver
• Partner with merchants to design high-performing, tailored ad campaigns and execute seamless technical integrations (APIs, proprietary ad platforms)
• Leverage deep transaction insights, audience data, and campaign performance metrics to optimize client ROI and identify untapped revenue opportunities
• Collaborate closely with Product, Revenue Management, and Tech teams to inform product roadmaps, monetize new ad inventory, and elevate ad tech solutions based on market demand
• Accelerate pipeline growth, represent Capital One Ad Solutions at major industry events, and lead high-stakes executive pitch presentations

Skills

• Bachelor's Degree
• At least 14 years of experience in strategic client-facing ad sales, account management, or business development
• At least 5 years of direct people management experience leading sales or account management teams
• At least 8 years of experience analyzing advertising performance, campaign data, or sales analytics
• 10+ years of experience in digital ad sales, affiliate marketing, performance media, or strategic merchant partnerships
• 8+ years of experience leading, scaling, and mentoring high-velocity ad sales and account management teams
• Proven track record of managing, growing, and retaining C-suite relationships within enterprise strategic merchants
• Demonstrated success executing complex technical sales and campaign launches on sophisticated ad tech platforms
• Master-level executive presentation and negotiation skills
