The role focuses on healthcare payer platforms, including implementing regulatory and business-rule changes and supporting Facets and Java-based systems.

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field
• Strong hands-on experience with TriZetto Facets
• Strong programming and engineering skills in Java/J2EE
• Experience with IBM DataStage and Talend/TalendWorks, or comparable enterprise ETL technologies
• Strong understanding of Medicaid managed-care operations and state-specific regulatory requirements
• Experience implementing regulatory and business-rule changes in healthcare payer platforms
• Hands-on experience with Facets modules: Membership, Eligibility, Benefits, Claims, Claims Adjudication, and Pricing/Payment Processing
• Good understanding of Medicaid and Medicare health-plan processes
• Strong SQL, database, batch-processing, API/interface, and data-integration skills
• Excellent debugging, production support, and root-cause-analysis capabilities
• Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
