Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Arsenal AI is hiring Senior Full Stack Engineers to support a rapidly growing healthcare technology platform. The role involves building Go backend services, RESTful APIs, enterprise and EHR integrations, and Angular front-end features while contributing to cloud-native engineering, architecture, code quality, mentorship, and production support.

Responsibilities

• Backend Development: Design and build Go services and RESTful APIs that power enterprise-grade healthcare integrations
• Full Stack Delivery: Ship features end-to-end — from PostgreSQL data models through Go services to Angular UI components
• EHR & Partner Integrations: Build and maintain scalable integrations with Electronic Health Record systems and third-party platforms
• Cloud-Native Engineering: Work in a cloud-native environment leveraging AWS services including ECS/Fargate
• Code Quality & Mentorship: Drive code reviews and mentor engineers across the stack to maintain high engineering standards
• Production Support: Troubleshoot production issues and ensure reliability across integration and UI touchpoints
• Architecture: Contribute to system design decisions and improve development workflows for long-term scalability

Skills

• • 5+ years of software engineering experience
• • Strong backend experience with Golang (or deep backend experience in a comparable language with willingness to go all-in on Go)
• • Front-end experience with Angular or a comparable framework (React, Vue) — you don't need to be a UI specialist, but you're comfortable shipping across the stack
• • Experience with distributed systems and API design
• • Strong understanding of system design and databases (PostgreSQL a plus)
• • US Citizenship is required
• • Cloud experience (AWS preferred)
