Hilton is hiring a Senior Group Sales Manager to drive group sales conversion and generate new business for Waldorf Astoria Costa Rica Punta Cacique. The role supports the resort’s sales targets through proactive client outreach, market travel, property visits, and coordination with property sales and other departments.

Responsibilities

• Primary role is to drive conversion for group sales for the Resort to achieve targets and goals
• Property Visits for FAMs and Site Inspections
• Travel and attend tradeshows in key markets, plus direct sales calls and efforts
• Drive new business opportunities: Respond to inquiries, initiate outreach, qualify leads, and solicit potential clients through proactive sales efforts
• Coordinate and work closely with the Director of Sales- Property Based, for support and direction
• Support exceptional service delivery: Collaborate across departments to coordinate the fulfillment of contracted services and uphold the highest standards of client satisfaction

Skills

• Two (2) years of Luxury Group Sales Experience
• Extensive knowledge of Group Sales, ideally in Resorts with Seasonal periods
• Prior hotel/travel industry experience
• Effectively navigate the enterprise and communicate with department heads, executive committee members, team members and corporate leaders
• Fluent in English
• Experience with Incentive Group Market
• Delphi Knowledge
• Platform knowledge of Meeting Broker, Cvent, Hopskip
• Fluent in Spanish
