Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. 360 IDE is seeking an experienced Kronos/UKG workforce management subject matter expert to support implementation, configuration, enhancement, and optimization of workforce management solutions. The role focuses on scheduling, time and attendance, payroll integration, system support, and improving workforce processes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Kronos/UKG SME for workforce management implementations, upgrades, enhancements, and production support
• Configure and support timekeeping, attendance, scheduling, leave management, and workforce administration functionality
• Gather business requirements, analyze workforce processes, and translate operational needs into system solutions
• Support system configuration, functional testing, UAT, defect resolution, deployment, and post-go-live stabilization
• Integrate Kronos/UKG with HR, payroll, ERP, and other enterprise applications
• Troubleshoot system issues, identify root causes, and recommend process and configuration improvements
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, IT, business stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams
• Develop functional specifications, configuration documentation, test scenarios, and end-user training materials
• Ensure workforce management processes align with business policies, labor rules, compliance requirements, and operational needs

Skills

• 7+ years of relevant experience with Kronos or UKG Workforce Management solutions
• Hands-on experience with UKG Dimensions / UKG Pro Workforce Management, Kronos Workforce Central, or related Kronos platforms
• Strong knowledge of time and attendance, workforce scheduling, timekeeping, and absence management
• Experience with requirements gathering, system configuration, functional testing, UAT, and production support
• Experience integrating workforce management solutions with HR and payroll systems
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Experience with UKG Dimensions migration, implementation, or upgrade projects
• Knowledge of UKG Pro, Workday, Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, or other HR/payroll platforms
• Experience with APIs, file-based integrations, data conversion, and interface troubleshooting
• Experience supporting large, multi-location, hourly, shift-based, or unionized workforces
• UKG/Kronos certifications are a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
