The role advises clients and senior leaders, collaborates with Operations, and oversees financial operations and team development across multiple units.

Responsibilities

• Join Sodexo Corporate Services as a Senior Manager, Segment Finance and partner with 2-3 high-profile accounts
• Lead financial strategy, reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and business insights that drive client success and operational excellence
• Be a trusted advisor to clients and senior leaders, presenting financial results and recommendations with confidence
• Collaborate closely with Operations teams to influence decisions, optimize performance, and deliver results

• Strong finance leadership experience with expertise in forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and reporting
• Comfortable presenting to clients and C-suite executives, building relationships, and translating data into strategic action
• Leadership experience with a record of mentoring teams, driving results, and fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability
• Advanced financial acumen, including expertise in budgeting, forecasting, modeling, and performance reporting
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt quickly while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
• Strategic thinking with demonstrated success in cost control, pricing strategy, and contract compliance
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights for stakeholders at all levels
