Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Zscaler is hiring a Senior Product Pricing Manager to shape and execute its pricing and packaging strategy. The role develops data-driven commercial recommendations and partners across functions to improve customer value, accelerate growth, and strengthen long-term profitability.

Responsibilities

• Analyze deal, pipeline, renewal, and product-usage data to identify commercial opportunities and risks
• Build business cases and financial models to evaluate strategic initiatives
• Partner with Product, Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Operations to operationalize commercial initiatives
• Drive consistent pricing strategy execution across regions, segments, and sales channels
• Advise on strategic and complex commercial opportunities to balance customer value with business outcomes

Skills

• Demonstrated curiosity and active exploration of AI tools, with a proven history of integrating new technologies to enhance daily workflows and augment problem-solving
• 5-7+ years of experience in a pricing analytics role within a SaaS, Enterprise Software, or Cloud Platforms
• Working knowledge of developing business and/or product strategies (i.e.: pricing models) and working with sales and product management
• Strong analytical skills coupled with the ability to effectively articulate insights and recommend actions
• 3+ years of experience building processes and leading cross-functional programs
• Proven ability to leverage AI technologies and workflows to drive measurable operational efficiency
• Development of AI built tools that move pricing strategy execution forward
• Data Science or other quantitative degree
