Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Stand Together is hiring a Senior Recruiter for its Executive and Strategic Recruitment capability. The role leads searches for priority talent needs, builds candidate pipelines, evaluates candidates, and provides high-touch candidate support while partnering with recruitment leadership on role requirements and candidate recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Build talent pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media, and internal databases to find and attract active and passive candidates for nuanced, hard-to-fill roles
• Manage multiple concurrent searches, prioritizing roles and candidates based on impact
• Conduct initial phone screens using behavioral and skillset-based questions to evaluate knowledge, skills, and values alignment
• Lead with a high-touch communication approach that will guide candidates through the interview process, prepare them for interviews, and manage ongoing expectations
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation and candidate notes on all candidates, searches, and recruiting activity in Lever (ATS)
• Partner with the Strategic Recruitment leadership team to align on candidate feedback and role requirements, while sharing market insights to inform candidate recommendations and recruitment approaches
• Build and maintain a working understanding of Stand Together’s strategies and goals to effectively match talent to the right opportunities

Skills

• 6+ years of candidate-centric recruiting experience in executive search and C-suite talent
• Proficiency with modern applicant tracking systems (ATS), customer relationship management (CRM) tools, and sourcing platforms like LinkedIn Talent Solutions
• High level of humility and integrity
• Proactive, entrepreneurial, and a high sense of urgency
• Exceptional communication skills, interpersonal skills, professionalism, and ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders with a high degree of discretion and confidentiality
