Chasepro is seeking a Senior Regional Field Marketing Manager to drive regional B2B marketing aligned with sales priorities and revenue targets. The role focuses on enterprise events, pipeline and opportunity generation, integrated campaigns, partner marketing, and communicating performance to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Field/Event Marketing – Must-have: Extensive hands-on experience planning and executing B2B enterprise events end-to-end
• Pipeline Ownership – Must-have: Direct accountability for marketing-influenced pipeline and opportunity generation, beyond MQLs
• Sales Partnership – Must-have: Ability to build relationships with sales leaders and align marketing with revenue targets
• Strategic Planning – Must-have: Develop regional marketing plans based on sales priorities and pipeline objectives
• Integrated Campaigns – Important: Coordinate events, digital campaigns, product marketing, and ABM
• Partner Marketing – Important: Experience with co-marketing initiatives and partner-led events
• Executive Communication – Important: Communicate results, pipeline performance, and recommendations to leadership
