Responsibilities

• The Senior Clinical Operations Professional designs and implements initiatives that optimize clinical operations and enhance care delivery across aligned area(s), or the organization
• The Senior Clinical Operations Professional works on problems of diverse scope and complexity ranging from moderate to substantial
• The Senior Clinical Operations Professional identifies strategic improvement opportunities, establishes operational priorities, and develops standardized processes and practices to support clinical operational effectiveness
• Aligns operational processes with organizational goals, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices to ensure efficiency, quality, and sustainability in operations and service
• Advises executives to develop functional strategies (often segment specific) on matters of significance
• Exercises independent judgment and decision making on moderating complex issues regarding job duties and related tasks, and works under minimal supervision, uses judgment requiring analysis of variable factors and determining the best course of action

Skills

• Bachelor's degree
• 5 or more years of technical experience
• Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
