Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Convergint is hiring a Senior Sales Trainer to develop Account Executives worldwide through practical, sustained sales training. The role designs and delivers learning, embeds it in field selling, integrates approved AI tools into training, and improves programs using feedback and sales results.

Responsibilities

• Teach: Deliver consultative selling, Selling Value, Closing, Strategic Account Management, Negotiations and STEP
• Design: Blend self-paced preparation, interactive virtual learning and classroom workshops. Use relevant challenges, active practice, immediate feedback and skill checks
• Embed: Apply learning to real accounts and live opportunities. Sustain adoption through field assignments, spaced reinforcement and follow-up. Equip field leaders to reinforce habits and remove barriers
• Connect: Work with the Director of AI Powered Selling to integrate approved tools into AE training, customer preparation and account expansion
• Improve: Refine training using feedback, observed field application and selling results

• Experience managing long-term training implementation and adoption across distributed teams
• The ability to independently manage complex projects/processes, collaborate, incorporate feedback, and deliver finished work
• Curiosity, integrity and a commitment to Convergint's Values and Beliefs
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• Proven sales training skills in complex B2B environments. Training expertise and demonstrated impact carry the greatest weight
• Must reside in the United States
