The Senior Technical Program Manager will lead complex technical programs across distributed teams, manage dependencies and risks, and provide executive-level reporting. The role also drives stakeholder alignment and adoption-focused initiatives across areas such as security, developer enablement, and AI.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical programs end-to-end across distributed teams, tracking dependencies, risks, and milestones
• Deliver executive-level communication and reporting on program status and outcomes
• Drive alignment across stakeholders to keep programs on track and unblock delivery
• Support adoption-driven initiatives, ensuring successful rollout and uptake across teams

Skills

• 7+ years of experience in technical program management
• Strong executive-level communication and reporting skills
• Proven experience tracking dependencies, risks, and milestones across distributed teams
• Experience with adoption-driven programs such as content rollout, framework adoption, or training
• Background in security, developer enablement, or AI/agent adoption domains
• Advanced proficiency in English
