The role supports financial planning, governance, reporting, and strategic analysis for separation and NewCo transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Manage and track separation-related financial activities, including TSA costs, one-time expenses, transformation investments, and other program-related costs
• Support budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial reporting to ensure visibility, accountability, and effective decision-making across separation initiatives
• Partner with FP&A, program teams, and business stakeholders to establish future-state budgets, evaluate cost optimization opportunities, and assess strategic cost trade-offs
• Develop financial models, business cases, scenario analyses, and executive-level reporting to support New Company (NewCo) readiness, value realization, and leadership decision-making
• Help design and implement future-state financial governance processes, including controls, approval workflows, reporting cadences, and performance tracking mechanisms
• Identify and drive opportunities for process simplification, standardization, automation, and AI-enabled improvements across finance operations
• Prepare executive presentations, leadership updates, and decision-support materials for senior stakeholders and steering committees
• Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve financial issues, mitigate risks, and support successful execution of separation and transformation milestones
• Lead ad hoc financial analyses and strategic initiatives supporting NewCo transformation, organizational objectives, and evolving program priorities

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field required
• 5+ years of progressive experience in Corporate Finance, FP&A, Accounting, Strategic Finance, or related financial functions
• Experience supporting large-scale transformations, business separations, carve-outs, integrations, or enterprise-wide strategic initiatives
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, accounting principles, financial governance, and planning processes
• Experience developing financial models, business cases, scenario planning, and cost trade-off analyses to support strategic decision-making
• Proven ability to analyze complex financial data and translate findings into clear, actionable business recommendations for executive stakeholders
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and enterprise financial systems such as Oracle, JDE, Hyperion, or similar platforms
• Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements, standardization, automation initiatives, and operational efficiencies within finance organizations
• Self-motivated with strong project management, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, navigate ambiguity, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
• MBA, CPA, or other advanced degree preferred
• Experience developing executive-level presentations, reports, and communications for senior leadership, steering committees, and cross-functional stakeholders preferred
