MPower Plus is seeking a hands-on ServiceNow AI Engineer to implement Now Assist Agentic AI use cases and develop MCP- and A2A-based integrations with Microsoft Copilot. The role also builds proof of concepts and documents findings and recommendations for the Digital Front Door agentic roadmap.

Responsibilities

• Implement and experiment with ServiceNow Now Assist Agentic AI use cases
• Develop and test MCP and A2A-based integrations with Microsoft Copilot
• Build proof of concepts to evaluate agentic AI capabilities
• Document findings and provide recommendations for the Digital Front Door (DFD) agentic roadmap

Skills

• Hands-on ServiceNow AI and Now Assist experience
• Experience with Agentic AI implementations
• Strong understanding of MCP and A2A architectures
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with Microsoft Copilot or similar AI platforms
• Experience with APIs, integrations, and workflow automation
