An unnamed Financial Services client is seeking a Social Media Manager to lead and grow its advanced trading presence across social channels, primarily X (Twitter). The role focuses on creating crypto- and trading-related content, supporting launches and campaigns, engaging the crypto community, and optimizing performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day management of trading-focused social media channels
• Create engaging content related to crypto trading, derivatives, decentralized finance, and market trends
• Support product launches and go-to-market campaigns through social media
• Monitor market activity, industry news, and social conversations to identify content opportunities
• Engage with traders, creators, influencers, and the broader crypto community
• Partner with Product, Marketing, and Trading teams to develop campaigns and amplify key announcements
• Track performance metrics and optimize content based on engagement and business goals
• Help manage community sentiment and contribute to reputation and brand-building efforts

Skills

• 4+ years of social media management experience, preferably within crypto, fintech, financial services, or trading-related industries
• Deep knowledge of crypto markets, trading products, derivatives, and trader culture, with hands-on experience using trading platforms
• Proven success building and engaging audiences on X (Twitter) through high-impact content and community engagement
• Exceptional content creation and copywriting skills, with a strong understanding of social media trends, internet culture, and what drives engagement
• Highly organized, adaptable, and passionate about crypto, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, real-time environment
