The Software Engineer will design and build AI-enabled helpdesks and contact centers, develop intelligent agents and configurable full-stack systems, and create solutions that automate knowledge work and improve digital civic services.

Responsibilities

• Build intelligent agents that plan, reason, and interact with users using evolving agentic frameworks to orchestrate complex business workflows
• Build and maintain a configurable front and back end
• Deign tactful solutions to a variety of customer problems

Skills

• Must be a U.S. citizen due to the security clearance required for this position
• 1–3 years of hands-on experience building and deploying full-stack applications Node.js
• Experience with one of the modern UI frameworks (React, Angular, Vue, Svelte etc) with Angular preferred
• Curiosity, autonomy, and the drive to make a real impact
