The role involves backend and full-stack development, including building and maintaining enterprise applications, REST APIs, responsive web interfaces, cloud-based solutions, production support, troubleshooting, performance optimization, and incremental enhancements within an Agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, maintain, and support backend services and REST APIs using Python and FastAPI
• Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective solutions
• Develop and enhance business logic, database integrations, and third-party service integrations
• Monitor and improve application performance, scalability, reliability, and security
• Collaborate with architects, product owners, QA teams, and front-end developers to deliver solutions
• Participate in code reviews, testing, CI/CD activities, and Agile ceremonies
• Support ongoing maintenance efforts and incremental application enhancements
• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable full-stack web applications
• Build responsive and reusable front-end components using Angular, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS
• Develop, integrate, and support RESTful APIs and backend services
• Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective solutions
• Collaborate with product owners, architects, developers, and QA teams to deliver technical solutions aligned with business requirements
• Participate in application design discussions, code reviews, testing, and performance optimization efforts
• Support modernization initiatives and cloud transformation projects
• Follow software engineering best practices, including source control, automated testing, and CI/CD processes
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives

Skills

• • 4+ years of professional software development experience
• • Strong hands-on experience with Python development
• • Experience building RESTful APIs using FastAPI, Flask, Django, or similar frameworks
• • Strong understanding of API design principles, authentication/authorization, and data validation
• • Experience working with relational and/or NoSQL databases
• • Experience with Git, debugging, automated testing, and application performance optimization
• • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
• • 4+ years of professional software development experience
• • Strong experience with Angular and JavaScript/TypeScript development
• • Experience building responsive web applications using modern front-end frameworks and component-based architecture
• • Experience developing and consuming REST APIs
• • Experience with backend application development and systems integration
• • Knowledge of object-oriented programming principles and software development lifecycle best practices
• • Experience with Git or other source control tools
• • Experience with debugging, automated testing, and performance optimization
• • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• • Experience working within Agile development teams
• • Experience developing and deploying applications within Microsoft Azure
• • Familiarity with Angular, JavaScript, and/or TypeScript

• • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
